  One thing I will add is that if you are using PAL source set frame rate to 25 fps and if NTSC then use 30fps (or 29.97 if Flash allows for that .. not sure if it does.. )

  Try and match your source framerate to your output framerate.. otherwise it can just bugger things up majorly..
