I'll try give you possitive crit. I think you logo gets kinda lost in the corner there.. i think its how the white bleeds off the page. Drop the OSX look too, its been done too many times because its always on those online photoshop tutorials that newbees learn. Try to look at some well designed html sites and get inspired (dont rip).
