Yes, there is a charge. I've talked about this with many people and it's the only way for me to put this together. I know many people are against paying to have there work published. This is more of a donation because you believe in the cause and want to support. There will be a minimum of 1000-2000 copies of the magazine printed and that's not cheap. People who have done print work can vouch for me. I 'm blunting some of the cost myself. Between $5-$8 per submission. So the fee goes towards the printing costs, shipping of the magazines to retailers and to the artists that submitted there work. It is only then when the magazines are sold when we raise money for the animal shelter that the submitters choose.
