its not american culture.
its the lack of responsibility among adults. they teach our kids to be Britney Spears because they dont give a f&*K about their own kids. they just want money and power.
no one in this world wants to except responsibility for there own actions. so our society begins to slowly destroy itself. people do not want to be held accountable for what they have done. they blame someone else. usually someone innoscent.
which really is kind of what JazX said. Im just rambling for the fun.
