have your grid with 3,5 or 7 coloumns, makes for more interesting compositions.
mine (grid) starts at 7mm from top, 10mm around the rest (L,R,B).
this allows you to divide the page into 3 even rows, or more.i think generally 65 words per line (?), but print some out and if you cant follow it, no-one else probably will either.
