A friend of mine who does DTP and uses Quark gave me this when I passed the question to him http://biggermedia.com/polkeyb/
I'm afraid the only thing it gives you is enable Polish letters (executed by pressing letter keys with ALT). Let me know if this doesn't help, Ill try to catch some other DTP guy. BTW, what platform/system are you working on?
