Nah rise, you're right. Why am I getting uppity when my govt is about to commit massive war crimes and rain down death on people living half the world away in my name?
The gubment may not have shown me enough evidence to warrant any sort of action whatsoever, but they say that they have secret evidence. That's good enough for me !
After all, every other time that they've bullied or invaded other countries and toppled governments, it's always been completely justified and aboveboard!
Here's a clue : bombing the shit out of a Muslim country and promising them the same kind of democracy that we brought to the poor oppressed people of Afghanistan might work a little better if Afghanistan wasn't sliding back into warlordism, women there hadn't re-donned their burkhas under fear of death or torture, and the people weren't living in a state of absolute squalor worse than pre- Operation Get Bin Laden days.
The rest of the world can see through the lies. Why can't you?
