Do you realize you are asking for greek/latin text in Japanese.
Lorem ipsum works for us because it is not our written language, right? I looked around for an option like this once upon a time, but realized that having garbled Japanese text is more distracting to Japanese users/clients than some actual text copied from somewhere else (preferably some of their other colateral).
I've used some from Japanese scientific journal before that didn't seem too distracting.
