see the US has recently imposed a fuel embargo on NK. The are desperate for energy so they are going to reactivate their nuclear reactors to make up for the feul shipment withholdings. they are being forced to find other energy sources.
people seem to forget the scenario... if Iraq or NK were to attack us it would be OVER for them. are they going to commit suicide? hmmm... maybe.
