hey Calgary that "abandonded bank" at main and hastings is actually the one at main and terminal, it is actually crazy expensive. it was recently purchased and is now gonna have a fancy condos and eateries in it. everything in that hood is getting condofied. my friend tried to rent it a few years ago and the owner told her to stuff it cause they didnt even want to deal with tenants compare to the millions they will get from developers. you just gotta mind the crackheads.
