even though my home is nothing like my parents all the doors have handles or knobs allowing me passage from room to room. while our living quarters in no way resemble one anothers. I find it comforting that when traveling away it is still easy for this room to room passage to occur. point being-menus set up in a familiar fashion is easy to nav for the everyday interneter. what defines a site is its content and content management structure.
