Its close to the studios, its close to downtown, there's a new trainline that will be running in July (the Gold Line) and its still cheap! Although, Mt. Washington is pretty nice, but a little more pricy.
Its not the "westside" but you'll come to despise the westside anyways when you get here, its all about image over there.
