Here's one example. My co-worker (who's on this site too "pufeta") creates some beautiful brochures, ads and posters. My boss though, takes the samples to the client and the client loves them. Since my boss has no communication skills the client calls the office so they can deal with pufeta directly. My boss finds out tells the client that pufeta really didnt design them and that they should deal with him. He then tells pufeta in front of all of us that if you ever talk to a client again you're out of here.
Is that bad or am I overreacting???
