    I've worked at places with very disgruntled staff, always complaining and I've thought about this a lot. My conclusion is that whatever your complaint, you either take your salary, stay put and put up with it, OR if the situation is utterly unacceptable, leave and let them hang themselves. There's nothing keeping you there. You're talented, presumably..? You'll find another job. If your employer is behaving immorally, or illegally, then whistleblowing may be in order -- but continuing to take their money AND whistlblowing on them would be morally suspect, anyway.
