i guess my hours are longer 8:30 to 5:30, but with an hour lunch and I use every minutre for freelance meetings, errands, etc.
here is a question: if they tell you hours are 9 to 5, do they expect you to get in at 8:45, get coffee, etc and then start working at 8:59?? someone told me everyone she supervises better be working at a minute till 9 or she has a talk with them! (i never even considered that people would expect me to be at my desk at exactly 9)
