When I took the job i was told overtime was required and unpaid. Simply put, I have never made secret of the fact I think it's bullshit. What's more, I have to put up with everyone else treating me like a slacker because they choose to stay late every night and come in over the weekends. I have 0 sympathy for these people. If they actually said "no" for once instead pandering to the "requirements" of the managers and accounts handlers, we might get some badly needed staff.
My contempt for these types runs deep. Just what else do they have in their lives? Big Brother and a damaged set of moral fibres.
