I think what's really annoying is that other people are disorganised and then expect you to dig them out of a hole. We have to work with a lot of people who have never really been any good at anything (are you watching project managers and marketing types?).
Oh yeah, and why are there are always so many vacancies for project managers etc but not for those of use who actually do the work?
