i've had a go at it a few months ago.
i was really looking forward to finaly be able to embed images in html/css text and scroll the lot in flash.
it turned out to be very buggy though.
css proprties started to go weird, and roll overs caused whole sections of text to 'jump' around the screen.
but that only happened once i embeded images.i think it's still early days and macromedia still need to spruce up those new functions.
but give it a go anyway, it might work for you.
maybe i'm just stupid.
