To bounce off Jaline's post, the other thing that I had to keep in mind is that his girlfriend of umpteen years is a vegan chef. The guy was eating ridiculously healthy food for who knows how long before he invested in this diet...I'd venture to say that if anyone had such a dramatic shift in diet either way, their body would reject it.
That said, that film had an impact on me and I think I'm cutting fast food out of my system. Or at least I'm going to eat it a lot less. :)
