  100% textpad and I can build a page faster than most can with DW.

  My experience with dreamweaver is that it works fine if you just want a 2x3 table. But as soon as you need to do something irregular, like working with DIVs because of layering etc. DW just does not do the job. Also if you work template based, either with ServerSide or without, it is way better to have handwritten code.
