I sent a nice wee email to the BBC after them having
"Twelve Britons are due in court in the Algarve... "
on their site.
I get really pissed off when us scots, the irish and welsh are thrown in the bundle with the english when its something negative.
Say England wins Euro2004 - all the papers will say "ENGLAND WINS"
not
"BRITAIN WINS"
When Scotland cleaned up in curling at the winter olympics the headlines were "BRITAIN WINS" rather than "SCOTLAND WINS".
but when its ENGLISH football hooligans rioting - its in the papers as BRITS
... rant over
hope they keep fighting and get kicked off tournament then they can stick it right up their beckham
