  I meant FAITH as in religous faith. Since part of the reason the pilgrams came to the new world was in order to practice thier religious freedom thats where that stems from as well.

  Conservatism gets its roots from the founding fathers of the constitution, IMHO.

  Experience.....interesting idea. I learned alot of history from my dad who EXPERIENCED the 40s, 50s, 60' and beyond. Best history lesson anyone could get
