images can start out 640 by 480 or 720 by 540 either way stretch you final image to 720 by 486 since television pixels are rectangular not square, in photoshop your image will seem pulled from the sides, but when your looking @ it in Avid it will be perfect. action safe is 90% of your image and title safe is 80%
