    I think you should be looking at at least 155 mbps.... thats pretty standard here in Malaysia at least and you'll need that if the server has a thousand websites on it.. (generally speaking though you shouldn't have more than 200 small websites on a webserver, IMO, even that can sometimes become slow on a 155 mbps connection to backbone)..

    Lemme check out UK though..

    And it also depends on content of websites, visitors etc etc.. but I tihnk 10-50 is too low in general...
