You can base yourself in some other website (dutch)-- try looking for it..
for legal issues, you better contact someone who handles those kind of things (a friend of a friend, maybe?).. cause searching through that on is a bit harder than personally.you can also start sketching that on paper, like usability terms for what you/your consultancy does/means/stands for..
