Put it this way...they got their money's worth. Anyway, I think you should write an email to the CEO of the company and show them what bad decisions their staff has made and what a waste of money it was to go with "cheaper designers." You;d be doing them a huge favor by letting the top dog know how shitty their staff is. Plus, it'll make you feel good!
