design for your target audience, not for other designers.
if you want to make it special get rid of the cookie cutter sections, and make them each unique, that dynamic text looks really boreing. rather than animate a transition over top, animate each section in, place the text, the images etc.
for instance, the services section, do an animation that counts down each thing and places it nicely on the screen.
and like it was said above, that menu us irratating. at least stop it from moving when you mouse over it.
