thanks everybody, to any newb dads my advice is - don't get too nervous about it, it's so awesome that any scary stuff just gets a lower priority in your head so you don't even notice. catch up on sleep before hand (i remember sleeping, it was cool) and try and enjoy it day by day, your life will change and you will change but it's all good////
