quamb you said it perfectly.
naturally, ms is in it for the money. as if windows in every house in america wasn't enough, the xbox comes along.
the gc is my honest choice with consoles. because it plays games and plays them good. they're fun and i can always depend on nintendo coming through with quality anything.
now about the playstation2, mine doesn't work anymore so... obviously i hate it. it's a good system and it has great games, but as with the xbox, it just seems like too damn much.
quality is key. i've always been a nintendo fan, even when i thought sega was the best, then i bought a 32x and realized i fell victim to one of sega's last tries at making a buck.
so... i have nothing left to love than my cutesy little gamecube who has more balls than that oversized ugly bastard of a "console" xbox.
as with design, the cream always rises to the top. im hoping ms and their marketing schemes won't interfere with nintendo's everlasting quest of providing us with what we want, fun cheap gaming.
long live nintendo!
