In all honesty, this is what I see happening if your situation were mine:
1. Throw monitor through window.
2. Cry
3. Stay on top of ipaper like a fly on shit, because there is NO WAY charlottewebdesign can deliver what ipaper wants. (Where is their portfolio, anyway--or does their own site speak for itself?)
4. Eventually win the client when the guys that beat you out crash and burn.
