I'm not a designer so I wont comment on the layout, although it does look empty and void of content. Keep the text in third person, avoid using "I", "my" or "mine". I would agree with other comments made, HR love clean, readable and printable CV's. As do us agents.
Keep the look clean and crisp, although add more content. Also, if you are registering with agencies, have a word copy, as most agents can't load PDF's on to their database.
