Well I have been thrown on an e-learning project today. I am incharge of the front end My team sucks. I don't think they know what tehy are doing. They want to do this project in Flash. I am not an e-learning guy but from what I gather I don't think this is the right tool for the job. Oh well I will just shut my mouth and make pretty pictures and icons for them.
