  ｽ oz. Sweet Vermouth
  dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)
  Maraschino Cherry

  Pour whisky, vermouth, and bitters into a shaker with ice cubes. Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
