Elfangio, unlike Europe there's quite a few fast-food chains in the States. I guess, McDonalds has a slight lead, but it's fading..Wendy's and Jack-in-the-Box are actually gaining popularity, though Jack is really fatty food. Del Taco and Taco Bell are also very big :) I personally visit Baja Fresh and get me a big Burrito Ultimo (chicken) :) So, to answer your question, it's not that black and white.
