my neighbors car alarm has been going off since 7am. Well, that's when if woke me up. Who knows when it started. I could walk out there break in and push it down the hill and I bet most of the neighbors would cheer me on. Obviously the alarm isn't doing much to alert the owner. It's now 9:30. If it doesn't stop I may have to consider something drastic.
