    Motivate, share thoughts, and most importantly make sure you all define roles. People are going to not like each others work, decisions, but you need to know who has final say. Also make a design process that includes everyone brainstorming at the start of a project (so the junior doesn't feel like they have no input and get bored). Respect one another and make a very social work environment - become friends, have beer Fridays, play music, have training sessions, encourage everyone to input ideas.
