  in notepad make a file named AUTORUN.INF

  inside should be:
  [autorun]
  open=RUNME.exe
  icon=whatever.ico

  RUNME is the name (or whatever you choose )of your exe file.

  save.

  put in root directory with the exe file and whalla.
