It's not too bad. Rent is pretty low. My sister is now moving into the neighborhood because she got a job at a hospital near by. She found a place...3 bedrooms, 2 baths on 2 floors w/ attic, balcony, small yard, washer/dryer, EIK, etc for $1500.

I'm paying more. It's quiet, safe, friendly neighbors, 2 blocks from the zoo, the park, and the botanical gardens, good italian food, etc.

    Cons:
A bit of a trip to the city (takes me about 40 minutes to union square) and there isn't too much to do for young people...which is either good or bad depending on how you look at (rent is pretty low since its not gentrified).
