damn, do i need to be the one to ruin the party again? ok, then.
they are both horrible, even worse then the first, because legibility is completely gone.
Only for the second time i could read the really, really lightweight letters you used for some subheaders.There's too many conflicting fonts in this composition, the background (taken from your first design i presume)does not fit the trashy feel you are trying to accomplish with it.
really try not to drop detail on top of detail, instead think of it as a whole. a total concept in color, form and composition.
i think you need to look at some other very good posters that were done for similar events.
