omg yeah - I can't believe I am 30 and this is my first house! No equity :(
You two had the right idea! Still I reckon if we'd have lived here instead of England the past few years we would ahve bought much sooner...it's jsut insane buying anything in London unless you want to live in a shoebox or suburbia...
