they probably have no intention of buying the companies products either...
It's important to look at the specific stats of the customers site, not just the world average...
In our case, an online magazine for the automotive design industry, the 640x480 users are more like 2% and fading fast... and we don't want to comprimise things for the much bigger group of 1280x1024-1600x1200 users
