I use Quickbook like a million others. It really has everything you would need. I mean, you will mainly need to just keep track of invoices, total income, and expenses right? so... quickbooks does all that and a hell of a lot more too. So go with it.
Plus, most accountants use and know quickbooks so if you start using an accountant, it will be helpful for them to see a Quickbooks file.
