microsite for a new internal product launch...
trying to coordinate between a freelance writer and a confused marketing dept.
an old creative director of mine once described marketing as a collection of people that just weren't good enough to get into advertising...
have to say, i'm starting to agree with him...
some of them seem ok, but the rest seem designed soley to organize meetings, object to new ideas, and stimy any creativity they come across..wow...and it's only monday..
i've got approx one week to shepard this project to completion, an army of marketing dweebs that want to turn everything i do into a need for a new meeting..
yarrrgh..anyone else ever have to deal with folks like this on a somewhat regular basis?
