    btw.. last week i read in the news that coffee(read caffeine) in large doses at once has a negative effect, both on your body and your ability to stay awake. People who drink large quantities at once (ie in the morning when entering the office) are more likely to feel very exhausted at an earlier point of the day then people who only drink a bit every now and then. It also learned that a 20 min. nap has much more effect on your productivity and your ability to concentrate then caffeine consumption. The article was in Dutch but I am sure you can look it up in Google news. This study was done by UK scientist for as far as i remember.
