Thanks everybody. But I should have said that http://www.smmpta.org/ should have the logo "Santa Monica-Malibu Public School" and it should look exactly like http://www.kennerly.com/smmpta/.
My boss still sees the directNic page -- http://www.directnic.com/ --that's the company we registered the site with.
