Create outlines in Quark?

    i think working in indesign would be a better option. the alternative, when you have to work in xpress, is to do the type in illustrator or freehand and outline the type, save it as an eps and place it in xpress. be sure that you set the raster high on that outline type or else you won't get fluent lines. lot more work and less workable. basicly a pain in the ass. another way (what i would do) is to not outline the type and work with the regular type in xpress and when it's done safe all the pages as eps, run them thru photoshop (save them as an photoshop eps) and supply those files (or as a single pdf). but you can't make any corrections anymore at the printer (but with outlined type it's the same thing anyways). for instance if you forget the bleed than you have to start all over again (unless you don't bleed or if it's a solid colour and you have no illustrations on the edge).
