you guys are on drugs.
at the time of the intial logo design - versions should have been created showing the logo in PMS spot colors, CMYK, and RGB. The idea is to pick color(s) that will translate properly accross a variety of mediums. if this step is neglected - the client and designer must make a compromise.
i don't know the specs of your project but the obvious answer would be to consult your pantone solid swatch book and find something there. keep in mind those are spot colors and not cmyk.
