kranj (slovenia) is about 4 hours from Vienna maybe little more from budapest I think
when they party people roam the streets till about 3 in the morning. Tons of kids on the streets and no cops anywhere.
Strange experience after living in LA.

They are starting cheap flights to the airport about 3 miles from the city now like about 200 euro from London I think
