if your on a pc... see if there is a preference file that you can delete...
it should be around in the folder somewhere..
if you on a mac, you have to highlight the program and right click it.. open contain folder (or something) - go routing around in there.. see if there is a pref file... delete it..
or.. it may be in your libary folder if you have osx.. do a search...
those are the three areas to look at..
