If you're asking for a simple "script" for this you're a little out of your depth. No offence... just saying that anything plug and play is going to only do what it does and if someone says to you "I want to be able to edit it" - they usually mean they want flexability. You're also going to be very limited to scripts that don't use a mySQL database. FYI: search for scripts with the words "content management system"
